There is an official anouncement on the Gangan Online page for the raws. The manga has been on pause for a while now because of health issues with the artist. And since tge artist apparently hasn’t recovered they’ve axed the series.
Hopefully they get a new artist to restart or continue but for now its been axed
Nooooooo. I loved proofreading for this series. I’m really sad to see it axed. Hopefully the artist makes a complete recovery. Hopefully this series will get picked back up in the future, but either way, I’m wishing the artist all the best.
Additional info: This is midway through Web Novel Volume 1 (the source material). There are only 3 volumes and the author has not updated it nor posted anything to any social media since 2020. Completely AWOL. There is no light novel, so who lnows what would’ve happened to this series anyways once we reached that threshold.
Worst part is that it ends on a cliffhanger for a potential volume 4 so :/
